Welcome to the Adriatic.

All 67 lines · 24 take vehicles

With or without a vehicle

Drive on with a car, a van or a camper, or walk on with a bag. Every scheduled line on the coast, and the queue at the ramp before you get there.

With a vehicle

  • Twenty-four of the 67 lines carry vehicles. The rest are catamarans and passenger boats that will not take one.
  • Nine islands do not let a car ashore at all, whatever boat would carry it: Unije, Susak, Silba, Zlarin, Prvić, Lopud, Koločep, Ilovik and Krapanj.
  • Three ramps are watched by camera so far, so you can see the queue before you commit to the drive down to it.

Without a vehicle

  • Forty-three of the 67 lines are catamarans and passenger boats that go where cars cannot, and every car ferry will also take you as a foot passenger.
  • A walk-on ticket reaches every inhabited island on the coast, including the nine that refuse cars.
  • Timetables, fares and the operator for each line, state-run and private alike, in five languages.

By boat

Already on the water. What is closest to you, right now. Check the wind before you cast off, find a bay sheltered for the night, the nearest fuel dock, and a berth or a buoy.

Open the boating app
  • Fuel, a dock or buoy, a place to eat and somewhere to buy gear, ordered by how close they are to where you are floating.
  • Shelter chosen for the wind that is blowing, not the average one, and filtered by your boat’s draft and length.
  • Help at sea in two taps: 195, VHF, Mayday, and an SMS carrying your position.
  • Nothing is promoted, and every fact carries the date it was last checked.
